I keep having problems with my blog that are frustrating me. Last week WordPress had an update and there was a conflict in some file that caused me not to be able to access my admin page to make updates and changes., luckily Go Daddy had a patch available the next morning that fixed that problem. Today, with the template that I LOVE the best, I get two sets of the text that I type in the body of the post?? That is why I am doing my randomness at 8:45pm (make that finishing it up at 9:42).

I like this template too, not so much the font, I will have to see if I can get someone that knows what they are doing help me change that!

Anyway, today was day one of seven at work. I had a nice two days off, so I should not complain about working seven days straight. One of those days I work am evening shift, so at least I will have a little break getting up and out in the morning. The seven day schedule has it’s payoff with five days off at the end. I don’t really mind working on the holiday, people are generally in a good mood, and it is extra pay!

Tara continues to enjoy a quiet summer break. Sleepovers with friends, and just hanging out! In one week the three concerts in seventeen days schedule begins for Tara and her friends. I am not sure if I will be able to stand them as the day gets closer. The first concert they got VIP tickets which includes getting up close and “personal” with two of their favorite bands. I am not going, but I almost wish I could so I could take pictures.

We didn’t make it to see Magic Mike, but at some point I know that Tara will see it!

I’m making Red Velvet cupcakes for my mom’s birthday. That seems like an approprite kind of cake for July 4th! It is aslo the one kind of cake Tara likes, and is also my favorite. Just had to run to the store for some blue sprinkles. I wish I was creative and could make really cool cupcakes! Maybe Tara and I should take a cupcake class! LOL!
