Bakes Street is such a great tune. It reminds me of my husband. He sounds just like Gerry Rafferty when he sings it. How sad is it that I had no idea he had passed?
Whoa some new ones here and only one repeat. Very cool choices thought I must say. Thanks for playin along with us. Don’t forget our give-away in honor of our 100th wk celebration. GOOD LUCK.
Awesome choices, Martha! Thanks for playing along!
Our Day Will Come so I Wanna Dance With Somebody at Heartbreak Hotel but not Nasty Dan because Some Things Never Change when you’re Hooked On An 8 Second Ride
Very good choices!
Thank you for sharing with us!
Happy Monday to you!
Great tune!
I did not know that Clarence Clemens had passed! How could I not know that? fail.
Daydream Believer is probably me fave one too.
Wow didn’t know about a few of these losses, such great songs.
Gerry Rafferty, I remember him after hearing him sing. Phoebe Snow, I don’t remember at all, but I like her style. Davy Jones, I definitely know by name & also my heart throb from my youth. Great tribute to these musical voices which have gone on before us. May they RIP!
