I’m running behind today. That’s okay, I’m off from work. I had to be out of the house at the same time to take my car to the mechanic! The dreaded yearly inspection. Hopefully it will be done and I will be back on the road this afternoon with two new tires and a few other repairs! No time is a good time for your car to break down, but in the summer, when you are headed somewhere fun it really sucks!

Tara and her friend pulled an “all nighter” last night. Last tweet I saw was at 5:18am, I was up around 6:30 and they were crashed in bed. It was just us here this weekend, my Mom is away, so I let them get a little “wild”. Meaning I wasn’t sushing them at 2am! They really are good kids, just get a little silly the later it gets. I think they made mac and cheese and cleaned the beta’s bowl after I went to bed, oh and watched shows on Nick! Wild and crazy teen girls! LOL!

We’ve been having some LAZY days these past few days! When I originally took time off this week, I thought we might do something exciting, a day trip or something, but we’ve been pretty content to stay close to home. Tara has had a friend over most of the last five days. I think there was one night that no one else was here. They are content to hang out at home which is fine with me. I did drop them at the movies to see Brave yesterday. They may (or may not) have cried!! Both said it was really good!
