For Today May 11th, 2009

Outside my window…. Its sunny and hot. I’m late posting this today (1:30pm!)

I am thinking…. I better get myself ready to go down the street to watch the shuttle launch in 20 minutes!

From my imagination….Imaging how our new home will look. I’m moving into a flat that I have not seen in person. (Trusting my mom and my sister, as well as good friends!)

I am thankful for…. my wonderful mother!

From the kitchen…. I’m thinking a trip to Cracker Barrel, if not chicken thighs that are marinating in Hawaiian Marinade, with some couscous and asparagus.!

I am wearing….. black around the house only shorts, and purple chlorine spotted shirt (I was taking care of the pool a bit ago)!

I am reading…. Nothing. I give up until we get settled!

I am hoping….. I can continue the productivity from this morning the rest of the week. Spent 2 hours in the garage (can you say HOT). 1 garbage can, 2 trash bags, 1 big box of trash, and 3 bags of donations later, it was time to call it quits until another morning.

I am creating… a mess, because I am sorting, and packing, etc

I am hearing…. the TV.

I have to admit, this was a week that we stayed close to home and life was pretty quiet. When the temps rise into the mid to upper 80s, we don’t do too much “theme parking” or beaching going, Tara and I are just over the FL heat. Although we threw around a few other things this week, in the end, we just stayed home! Actually I was good with that!

Hopefully this weekend we will get out somewhere that I can do some “shooting”! Not thinking I used the one shot I really liked this week on my photo blog yesterday, you can see it here.
